The Heart of KIND
KIND tells a quiet story. It is the story of arriving in a place that softens you, and discovering that gentleness, when intentional, can become a profound guiding force.

The brand was born from a personal desire: to transform the experience of belonging into tactile objects for the home. In my early years in Indonesia, a country I owe so much to for the way it welcomed me with kindness, taught me, and in the end held me, I moved often, from one house to another. Carrying a few textiles with me, Batik, Ikat, became my way of making each new place feel like mine: warm, personal, familiar. That instinct became the seed of KIND. My journey began over nine years ago in Bali, where I was captivated by the ritual geometries of these traditional textiles. Coming from an Italian background, with a career in fashion, I felt a calling to merge this deep Indonesian heritage with a Mediterranean sense of simplicity. KIND is the meeting point of these two worlds: a dialogue between the artisanal soul of Bali and a contemporary European aesthetic.

At its heart, KIND believes in the power of fabric to shift the mood of a room instantly. We like to think that our pieces don’t just decorate a space, they hold space for the life happening within it. Patterns are the common thread that runs through everything we make, from bed covers and throws to cushions, table linens and kimonos, each piece designed to help you gently reinvent your surroundings.
We honor the process as much as the product. Every piece is developed in collaboration with small-scale Balinese artisans and produced in small batches, ensuring that each item is thoughtfully made by capable hands, bringing a piece of the world into your home with transparency and respect. Every piece has a distinct character while remaining versatile, grounded and approachable, made for everyday living.
